UnVeiL Gaming started off as a sniping team back in 2011, which then lead Syns, the leader, to grow a fondness towards the competitive scene. After a few years of competing himself, he and a few of his friends decided to take things into their own hands and organized a local LAN which then created more opportunities for teams and players alike. UnVeiL competed in the invitational and picked up first place.

In late June 2016, UnVeiL made an offer to the renown team known as Team NoVa to compete under their organization. Their owner and captain, izzulamin hesitated at first due to him not wanting to let go of the reputation he has built up for his brand. But finally after three months he made an agreement with UnVeiL and went on to compete under the name Team UnVeiL NoVa. After a few months ESL considered that UnVieL NoVa was "the best team in Asia,”.
Infinite Warfare[]
Not so long after Infinte Warfare's release, the team went on to rebrand to UnVeiL NoVa.
