Biography[]
Call of Duty 4[]
Tommey placed fifth at the first ECL event with Reign eSports alongside Tobi, NayNay, and Toobez.
Black Ops[]
Tommey joined Royalty Gaming with Bissell, Blackk, and Riddlez and placed third and second in the first two ECL events of the Black Ops season. He then left Royalty to join TCM-Gaming for ECL 3 Loughborough. The team only managed a Top 6 finish and disbanded after the event. With Call of Duty XP 2011 announced, Tommey teamed back up with Blackk, and Riddlez and added Crookz under apeX eSports. The won the Call of Duty XP 2011 United Kingdom Championship against other top British teams such as Team Infused and Fnatic and earned their spot at the first $1 million Call of Duty event. Call of Duty XP was played on the unreleased Modern Warfare 3. The team was knocked out by Team Infused but brought home $70,000. This large prize allowed Tommey to focus on competing, knowing that there was money to be made. apeX won Reflex GT 5 and then traveled back to the United States for MLG Orlando 2011. They did not have as much luck as their past trip to the states and left with a Top 24 finish. Two weeks later, they finished the Black Ops season with a Top 12 at EGL 4 London.
Modern Warfare 3[]
Crookz and Blackk were swapped out for GunShy and French slayer Gotaga. apeX won Reflex GT 6, 7, and 8 with roster changes in between each event and then finished fifth at EGL 5 Blackpool before Tommey rejoined Riddlez on Team Dignitas with Ryder and Wonder. They finished Top 6 at EGL 7 Blackpool and Insomnia46 so Tommey left to rejoin apeX eSports. They won DreamHack Valencia 2012 but Tommey was once again unable to win the elusive EGL event as they finished sixth at EGL 8 Manchester.
Black Ops 2[]
Tommey started off the season with NControl.Visions where he won Insomnia47. He then joined Prophecy with teammate XLNC and Swanny and GunShy where they repeated at Insomnia48. The team was unable to qualify for the Call of Duty Championship 2013 but Tommey and GunShy were able to joined UNiTE Gaming with ShAnE as Clayster's three teammates were too young to compete. The pickup squad failed to advance out of the group stage. Tommey joined InFamouS eSport for one event where the team won Reflex GT 10, his fifth Reflex GT victory. His success landed him a spot on French powerhouse Millenium alongside Krnage, mAxxie, and RiskiN. They placed third and second at DreamHack Valencia 2013 and EGL 10 Sheffield, respectively, before a Top 8 finish at Gfinity 2, one of the biggest events of the year. Tommey joined for Team Infused at EGL 11 London where they won the event before rounding out the year with a second place finish at ESWC 2013, only losing to compLexity Gaming in the final.
Ghosts[]
Tommey left Millenium and joined another French team, Team Vitality. They took second at the first event of the year, the Astro Call of Duty: Ghosts Cup at Insomnia, but Tommey left after that. He joined Epsilon Esports with Jurd, Swanny, and Flux to qualify for the Call of Duty Championship 2014, which they did with a second place finish at the Call of Duty Championship 2014 Europe Regional Final. They quickly established themselves as one of the top European teams and topped their group that included OpTic Gaming. In the championship bracket, America got its revenge as Epsilon suffered defeats to FaZe Clan and Team Envy and were knocked out with a Top 12 finish. Flux was swapped out for Joshh and the team dominated the remainder of the Ghosts season with five tournament wins in three countries along with an Top 8 placement at MLG Anaheim 2014. Tommey rejoined Team Vitality as the season ended and they finished fourth at ESWC 2014.
Advanced Warfare[]
Vitality finished Top 24 at the MLG Columbus Open 2014, although BroKeN could not attend and was replaced by Swanny. Tommey did not remain on the team much longer as he rejoined Epsilon Esports with MadCat, Swanny, and Joshh for another run at the Call of Duty Championship. They won Am 2 Pro 1 and then the Call of Duty Championship 2015 Europe Regional Final within a week but disappointed at the main event as they did not advance out of the group stage. The team stayed together and won the Gfinity London Open. Epsilon took Top 8 at ESWC 2015 and Tommey left to join Team Vitality once again, but this time it was his own squad under the name Vitality.Storm. They won the first season of Gfinity's Premiership Division. This qualified them for the Gfinity Summer Championship where they were knocked out at Top 8. Vitality.Storm won the DreamHack London Championship 2015 and looked to end their season on a high at the MLG World Finals 2015. They finished fourth in their group but did make a losers run to finish Top 12.
Black Ops 3[]
Of the final Vitality.Storm roster, Tommey, Swanny, and MadCat left to join Millenium with Jurd due to the one team per organisation rule of the CWL. The immediately became the top team in Europe and would remain so for the entirety of the season. After winning Am 2 Pro Peterborough and qualifying for the CWL Pro League, the team won Insomnia56 and SFCO BOIII 2 and then took first at the Stage 2 Playoffs. The win earned them an invitation to the Crown Melbourne Invitational where the lost to OpTic Gaming in the final. They were unable to repeat this success at ESWC 2016 and ended up in fourth place. The MLG Anaheim Open 2016 did not fare any better for the squad as they finished Top 20. The team scraped into the Stage 2 Playoffs with a fifth place Regular Season finish but proved their dominance over Europe once again a they repeated as champions. The season looked like it was going to end with a fantastic run at champs but Swanny was unable to attend. They were joined by MiRx just days before the event and finished Top 12. One of the best teams of the season did not get to prove themselves at the biggest event of the year.
Infinite Warfare[]
Swanny attempted to return at the beginning of Infinite Warfare, but left Tommey's team of Skrapz and SunnyB after the first 2000 Series event. wuskin joined the three and after two Top 8 finishes in 2000 Series events, the squad was signed by Fnatic. The team only managed at Top 8 finish at the first event of the year, the CWL London Invitational, despite it being a European team only event. At the CWL Atlanta Open, the team failed to impress again with a Top 16 finish, losing to Pnda Gaming in the championship losers bracket. The squad would redeem themselves on European soil with a Top 8 finished at the CWL Paris Open, going 3-0 in their group with Enigma6 Group, Elevate, and Cloud9 and later knocking out Luminosity Gaming in the losers bracket. With at Top 16 finish at the CWL Dallas Open, Fnatic qualified for the CWL Global Pro League 2017 Stage 1. During the league, Fnatic earned their best placing of the season with a Top 3 finish at the European only CWL Birmingham Open. With that 4th place finish in their group, the team was sent to Relegation, where they fought their way into Stage 2. After a Top 16 at Anaheim and another European only third place finish at Sheffield, the team found themselves in the Stage 2 Playoffs. The team was handled by OpTic Gaming and then defeated Enigma6 Group before falling to Luminosity Gaming. Fnatic entered the Call of Duty World League Championship 2017 with high expectations following their performance in Stage 2. Unfortunately, the team was double first rounded after winning their relatively easy group of Str8 Rippin, Tainted Minds, and Evil Geniuses. In the off season, Fnatic released the players from the team.
World War II[]
Tommey rejoined MadCat and Jurd alongside Bance with Splyce and looked for repeat success of the Black Ops 3 season. They started off the season fantastically by winning two of the first three 2000 Series events and nearly won the first major of the year, the CWL Dallas Open, after taking Team Kaliber to map 5 in the grand finals. It was mostly downhill after Dallas. They placed Top 12, then Top 16, somehow made a miracle run at the CWL Birmingham Open, failed to qualify for the Pro League Stage 1 Playoffs, and then placed Top 20 at the CWL Seattle Open. Tommey was benched by Splyce and was unable to land a spot on another Pro League team before roster lock. He joined Team Vitality with Wailers, QwiKeR, and Peatie and placed Top 4 in the UK National Circuit Stage 3. Unsatisfied with this result, Tommey went the same route he did in Infinite Warfare. He created a new team with young talent and hoped to mold them into a top team. Chain, Maple, and Denza joined him and the team surprised everyone by not only qualifying for the Call of Duty World League Championship 2018 but placing Top 12 with players that a lot of Call of Duty fans knew very little about.
Black Ops 4[]
Tommey's success with that Vitality team showcased his leadership and he was offered to join the UNILAD Esports core of wuskin, Zed, and Seany along with Denz on Reciprocity at the beginning of October. After practicing the early months of the game in the United Kingdom, they flew to Las Vegas where the team would live for the season. Many fans had high hopes for the team but they finished 1-4 in their pool and had to make a losers run to earn a Top 12 finish and a spot at the Pro League Qualifier. There, Reciprocity was able to auto qualify for the Pro League with a 4-2 record in their group.
Trivia[]
- Tommey created his own team under Team Vitality called Vitality.Storm in 2015.
- Tommey is one of the most successful and most popular European players.
- Tommey is 1 of 2 players to participate in every million dollar tournament.[42]
