Biography

Black Ops 3

Skrapz came into the scene on Team Tempo alongside Momentus, RyanGray, and TypicalNerd, and the team performed adequately online placing top 4 in the EU CWL Challenge Division Stage 1 ESL Event #1 and then top 8 in the EU CWL Challenge Division Stage 1 ESL Event #2. The team then changed orgs to Rampage Tempo and placed top 6 at the EGL London Open. Rampage Tempo then struggled placing only top 16 in the EU CWL Challenge Division Stage 1 ESL Event #3 and despite qualifying for the CWL Stage 1 regulation in the EU CWL Stage 1 Online Relegation Qualifier, the team failed to qualify for CWL Stage 2. Even though the team didn't make it into CWL Stage 2, Skrapz was seen as exciting young talent and was picked up by Epsilon Esports, who were already qualified for Stage 2, to team with Moose, Reedy, and SunnyB. Epsilon Esports didn't get off to a great start only placing top 12 in ESWC and top 8 in the EU CWL Challenge Division Stage 2 ESL Event #1. The team then saw improvements placing second in the EU CWL Stage 2 Challenge Division Event #3 and finishing fourth in the EU CWL Stage 2 Regular Season. Epsilon Esports then saw average placings finishing top 8 at Gfinity Summer Masters and top 6 in the EU CWL Stage 2 Playoffs. The team then managed to qualify for CWL Champs at the EU CWL Championship Qualifier and ahead of champs, Epsilon Esports won Insomnia58. At the CWL Championship, Epsilon Esports managed to make it our of their pool, but then lost in the first round of the winners bracket to fellow EU team FAB Games eSports and then lost in a game 5 in the first round of the losers bracket to another EU team HyperGames Team for a top 16 placement.

Infinite Warfare

Despite the relatively early exit at Black Ops 3 Champs, Skrapz proved to be a rising star in the EU scene, so the EU veteran Tommey decided to pick him up to play with established pro SunnyB. Skrapz then convinced Tommey to pick up his twin wuskin, who had begun competing towards the end of Black Ops 3. The team began performing moderately well online and joined the well established org Fnatic. The team only managed to finish top 8 in the CWL London Invitational. Fnatic then had just enough EU pro points to start in pools at the CWL/2017 Season/Atlanta Open and despite not making it out of pools, still finished with a decent top 16 placement. The team was still on the edge of having enough EU pro points to qualify for the CWL Pro League, but after a topping their pool and finishing with a top 8 placement at the CWL/2017 Season/Paris Open, Fnatic started to solidify their spot in the CWL Pro League. Fnatic then won an EU MLG 2K and placed a decent top 16 at the CWL Dallas Open which was good enough to remain in the top 6 of EU pro points, meaning they qualified for Stage 1 of the CWL Pro League. The team then placed third at the EU only CWL Birmingham Open after making an impressive loser bracket run, but finished with a worst possible top 16 in the CWL Pro League Stage 1 after being placed in a tough pool with FaZe Clan, Evil Geniuses, and Rise Nation. Placing bottom of their pool, Fnatic had to play in the CWL Pro League Relegation where they beat Supreme Team in a game 5, lost to Red Reserve, but then beat Supremacy for a spot in Stage 2 of the CWL Pro League. Ahead of Stage 2, Fnatic had another to top 16 placement at the CWL Anaheim Open and once again finished third in the EU only CWL Sheffield Open. The team then managed to make it through their pool in the CWL Pro League Stage 2, and in playoffs they lost to OpTic Gaming in round one of the winner's bracket, but beat Enigma6 Group in the first round of the losers bracket before losing to Luminosity Gaming for an top 6 placement, which was higher than any other EU team in Stage 2. To end the year, Fnatic went a perfect 3-0 in their pool at the CWL Championship, but were upset by the NA AM team Allegiance in round one of the winners bracket, and were eliminated by Luminosity in round one of the losers bracket for a top 16 placement. In back to back years Skrapz had placed top 16 at Champs.

World War II

To start the year, Skrapz remained on a team with his twin wuskin, and the two of them picked up Moose and Seany. This team was performing well in online EU MLG 2ks at the start of the game and joined the org UNILAD Esports. Due to the good placements online, UNILAD Esports started in pools at the CWL Dallas Open and despite finishing bottom of their pool, still managed to place top 16. After a few more solid online placements, the team finished third in their pool at the CWL New Orleans Open where they lost to a red hot DooM Clan in a game 5 series for another top 16 placement. Even though there was no progress in placements, it was good enough for UNILAD Esports to qualify for Stage 1 of the CWL Pro League. During Stage 1, UNILAD Esports was playing adequately in the league and Skrapz was emerging as the clear star of the team, but the team still only managed top place top 16 again at the CWL Atlanta Open and another top 16 at the CWL Birmingham Open. Meanwhile, in the CWL Pro League Stage 1, UNILAD Esports went 7-7 in series count tying eUnited, but since UNILAD Esports had a worse map count, they finished top 10 and missed out on playoffs. Seeking to improve, the team dropped Moose for the young rising star Alexx, but the team still once again placed top 16 at the SEAttle Open. Skrapz was still seeming like the best player on UNILAD Esports and Red Reserve took notice and decided to pick him up to try and add more slaying power to give them a roster that they thought was capable of winning an event. This roster consisted of Skrapz, Rated, Joee, and Zer0 and they got off to a hot start finishing second at the CWL Anaheim Open after topping their pool and making a run in the winners bracket, until they lost to Rise Nation in a game 5 in the winners finals and once again losing to Rise Nation in the second series of the grand finals. Meanwhile in the CWL Pro League Stage 2, Red Reserve topped their pool, but once again ran into Rise Nation in playoffs losing to them in the winners bracket, and being eliminated by them in the losers bracket for a third place finish. Red Reserve seemed to be able to beat every team outside of Rise Nation. To end the year, Red Reserve topped their pool at the CWL Championship, but were beaten by eUnited in round one of the winners bracket, and eventually beaten by a red hot Luminosity Gaming in the losers bracket for a disappointing top 8 placement.

Black Ops 4

Looking to bounce back from the disappointing end to WWII, Red Reserve decided to add Bance as their fifth and Dominate as their coach. The team also decided to move to Vegas to get better practice against NA teams, but the practice didn't seem to help too much as Red Reserve only placed top 12 at the CWL Las Vegas Open.Due to the poor placing at Vegas, Red Reserve had to play in the CWL Pro League Qualifier where they went 4-2 in their pool which wasn't good enough to qualify out of pools, meaning Red Reserve would have to qualify through bracket play. In bracket play, Red Reserve lost their first match to Team Space, but then beat Fact Revolution, G2 Esports in a close game 5 round 11 series, and Team Sween to qualify for the CWL Pro League. At the event Skrapz was emerging as the stand out player on the team and he continued to show that in the CWL Pro League, but the team overall was still not playing too well in the league. However, at CWL Fort Worth, Red Reserve topped their pool and 3-0d Team Envy in round one of the winners bracket, but were then 3-0d by Splyce and lost to Skrapz's twin brothers team, Team Reciprocity, in a close game 5 series for a top 6 placement. Red Reserve then continued to struggle a little bit in the league, but did manage to show off some blackout skill placing second in the CWL Blackout After Dark 2019-03-29. Red Reserve as an org then lost funding and collapsed still owing the players money. This put pressure on Skrapz as he was now looking for a new team and a place to live and in the meantime he decided to join Yerr which was a pro league pick up team consisting of himself, SiLLY, Gunless, ABeZy, and Arcitys. Yerr was formed to compete at the Canadian event WorldGaming Championship Series Grand Finals and the team managed to win the event after finding good chemistry towards the end and the event proved to be a fun, stress relieving event for Skrapz. Ahead of the next event, Skrapz was well sought out due to both his skill and entertaining personality so he was able to find a team and an org as he joined FaZe Clan, who purchased the pro league spot from Red Reserve, to team with Zer0, ZooMaa, and the young guns Asim and Cellium.
