Biography[]
Black Ops 4[]
Frosty made a name for himself in Halo where he became a two time Halo World Champion, so his decision to switch to Call of Duty was highly anticipated. Frosty joined the org Enigma6 Group, which has a history of picking up new talent such as Dashy, Decemate, and ABeZy. Frosty joined the team to play alongside General, KiSMET, Diabolic, and Kade. This team was performing decently online, but it seemed that Frosty needed some time to adapt to CoD. At their first LAN event, the team added Sender as a coach, but still struggled only placing top 32 at the CWL Las Vegas Open. This was very disappointing, but was just good enough to qualify for the CWL Pro League Qualifier. Ahead of the qualifier, the team began showing improvements online including winning a ProDown tournament. At the CWL Pro League Qualifier, Enigma6 Group showed improvements by going 5-1 and topping their pool with the young talents Frosty and KiSMET showing off. In the CWL Pro League, Enigma6 Group went 3-4 in their first two weeks and seeking to improve before the next event, the team dropped Kade for Chino. This change seemed to help as the team rallied to a top 6 at CWL Fort Worth. Back in the CWL Pro League, the team despite playing well at Fort Worth, went 0-4 and decided to drop Chino and Diabolic for GodRx and Jetli. This change did not seem to help at CWL London as the team placed a worst possible top 16. In the CWL Pro League the team saw improvements going only 2-5, but four of those losses cam in close game 5s series. At CWL Anaheim, GodRx went off and carried Enigma6 Group to another top 6 placement. Unable to get past top 6, the team decided to make a change and controversially decided to drop Frosty. This left Frosty scrambling for a team to close the year and he ended up on Midnight Esports to team with Parasite, LlamaGod, Royalty, and Zaptius with Saint as the coach. In the last week of the CWL Pro League Midnight Esports went a surprising 3-1 and Frosty emerged as a top slayer for the team. At the CWL Pro League Playoffs Play-In, Midnight Esports managed to reverse sweep elevate, but lost to Luminosity Gaming and missed out on the CWL Pro League Playoffs.
Modern Warfare[]
On December 2, Prestinni, Havok, Maux, Skyz, and Frosty joined alongside Atura as coach. The Mutineers were the twelfth and final team to announce their initial roster. Streamer and former Halo player MaNiaC technically joined as the team's first substitute on December 11, but would only really be on the team as a content creator. Coach Atura was listed as a substitute on the Call of Duty League website on January 13, 2020.
The Mutineers opened their season with a game five win against Seattle Surge and a game five loss to Los Angeles Guerrillas at the inaugural Launch Weekend. In their first tournament weekend, Florida came out of Group A with the second seed after getting revenge against London Royal Ravens, who beat them in the first match, in the decider game. This set them up against undefeated Chicago Huntsmen in the semi finals. The Mutineers became the first team to defeat Chicago but their momentum ended as Atlanta FaZe took their own home series championship. On March 6, the day before Week 4 matches began, it was announced that Prestinni would be replaced by Fero at the event due to team approved personal reasons (later revealed to be anxiety and depression from COVID-19 and home sickness). Florida faced off against Atlanta FaZe in their first series, a rematch of the previous week's final and Atlanta once again took the series. The team was able to find their feet against New York Subliners and were then eliminated by Dallas Empire to place Top 6. After an extended break due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Mutineers looked to get back into form and they did just that by knocking out home series hosts Chicago Huntsmen in the semifinal and then Minnesota RØKKR in the final to win the Chicago Home Series.
In the team's next play week, they hosted their own home series and would get double first rounded by the RØKKR and Subliners to finish dead last in their own event. Prestinni was traded to Chicago on May 18. Owakening was announced as a new player, replacing Maux, on May 22. He would show up immediately as the had the most impressive championship run in the CDL yet in Week 9. They beat the top three teams, Chicago Huntsmen, Dallas Empire, and Atlanta FaZe, and tied those three teams with their second championship of the season, cementing their place in the top tier of teams. Owakening had one of the best debuts ever and immediately threw his name into the rookie of the year conversation. The next weekend, Florida once again made it to a Grand Final vs Atlanta but this time it wasn't close. Florida won 3-0 including the biggest domination blow out in CDL history, 235-70 on Hackney Yard. In Week 12, the Mutineers beat OpTic Gaming Los Angeles twice but fell to Dallas 0-3 in the semifinal. In the final week of the season, they fell to Dallas Empire two more times and missed the bracket stage for the first time since their own home series in Week 7. Florida finished the season in 3rd place with 230 CDL Points.
Florida started in Winners Round 2 at the Call of Duty League Championship 2020. They lost 1-3 to Toronto Ultra and then lost 0-3 to OpTic Gaming Los Angeles in Losers Round 3. They finished the tournament Top 6.
